Beyond the Notes with Srikanth – Episode: GOAT – Greatest of All Time
Welcome to Beyond the Notes with Srikanth. Today’s theme is a single powerful word: GOAT—Greatest of All Time.
Most people hear GOAT and picture legends—Serena Williams, Michael Jordan, or any icon who has reached the top of their field. But GOAT isn’t a trophy waiting at the finish line. It’s a daily choice to become the best version of yourself. You don’t compete with the world; you compete with yesterday.
I live this through four pillars—Health, Relationships, Career, and Money. In health, GOAT might mean pushing from 50 squats to 250, running farther, eating cleaner. In relationships, it’s being fully present: a phone-free Sunday with my wife Chinni and our daughters, Pinku and Timpu, is my personal record.
Career? For me it’s showing up every day for my business—making the sales calls, hosting webinars, building the systems—no matter how I feel. Money? It’s about freedom and discipline: tracking every rupee, paying down debt, investing in growth.
Here’s my challenge: pick one area this week—health, relationship, career, or money—and set a stretch goal that scares you a little. Maybe it’s running that 10k, making one more sales call, or spending an entire day with family completely offline. Then show up every single day. That’s your GOAT moment.
Greatness isn’t a destination; it’s a collection of choices. It’s the quiet decision to practice when no one watches, to love when it’s easier to scroll, to take the next small step when you’d rather stop.
If this sparks something in you, join me for my free live webinar every Saturday at 7 PM IST. It’s the perfect first step toward your own Greatest of All Time in life. Register through the link in the show notes.
Until next time, keep showing up, keep growing, and keep living beyond the notes.
Fear of Failure: From Five Silent Days to a Creator’s Life
Beyond the Notes with Srikanth
Soft piano in the background, fade in.
Hello and welcome to Beyond the Notes with Srikanth, where music, business, and the inner journey meet.
Today’s episode is called “Fear of Failure: From Five Silent Days to a Creator’s Life.”
I want to take you inside a week that shook me.
Five days with zero sales.
Five days of silence echoing through every corner of my heart.
But this isn’t a story of defeat—it’s about how fear can break you open and become the birthplace of freedom.
Segment 1 – The Breaking Point
Last night something inside me cracked.
After five straight days without a single sale—four prospects close but none converting—I finally put everything away and went to bed.
The room was still.
A knot tightened in my chest.
Heat built behind my eyes until the tears came—first a trickle, then a flood.
Here’s the truth: it wasn’t fear of failure.
It was love—a fierce, unstoppable love for Music360, the community that is my heartbeat.
Those early-morning tears, at 2 a.m. on a Saturday, were not failures.
They were my real, unconditional love for every student and parent who believes in this mission.
Segment 2 – Redefining Failure
Five days with no sales felt heavy, but I realized: this wasn’t failure—it was birth.
Failure is the world’s nudge to grow in a new direction.
I had been avoiding webinars for nine months, haunted by the thought: What if nobody shows up?
But that silent stretch burned the excuses away.
Starting September 16th, I committed to daily webinars—one person or one hundred, it doesn’t matter.
I will detach my actions from the results.
Segment 3 – The Creator Identity
As the tears dried, one word rose like sunrise: Creator.
For years I said I should podcast, film reels, build the Music360 community.
But deep down, what I truly love is creating.
Even a simple slide deck brings me joy when I’m shaping something new.
Owning that identity brought peace—and fear lost its grip.
Segment 4 – Multiple Streams, One Mission
Until now I leaned too heavily on 1-to-1 calls—over 2,000 of them.
Those quiet days pushed me to design multiple income streams:
direct website sales, Google Form leads, WhatsApp sales, daily and auto-webinars, reels and shorts, referrals and affiliates, a dedicated sales team, upsells to Gold and Diamond, bootcamps, and paid ads.
Resilience means Music360 never depends on one fragile thread.
Segment 5 – Lessons from the Silence
Gentle piano returns.
If you’ve had your own five silent days—or five silent years—take this as your sign.
Show up.
Detach from results.
Find the word that sets you free.
For me, that word is Creator.
Share this episode with someone who needs courage.

Fear is not the finish line.
It’s the doorway.
Walk through it.
Create.
Live beyond the notes.
Beyond the Notes with Srikanth
🎧 Intro
Hello and welcome to Beyond the Notes with Srikanth, a space where music, mindset, and mastery come together. I’m your host, Srikanth Chudanath — MusicPreneur, mentor, and lifelong learner. I believe music is not just about the notes we play, but the life we live beyond them.
Today’s episode is titled “Good is Not Enough.” This isn’t just a phrase. It’s a reality, a truth we all must face.
We live in a time where being “good” simply doesn’t cut it anymore. Whether it’s playing an instrument, writing, cooking, or even working out, we may feel confident saying: “I’m good at this.” But when we step into the outside world, that “good” doesn’t always take us forward. Others with the same skills stand out because they aim higher. And that’s when we realize — good is not enough.
🎯 Reality Check
This feeling of being stuck at good is universal. Many of us put in effort, receive compliments, even feel comfortable. But deep inside, we know: we’re not breaking through. The reason is simple — the world is full of “good.” To rise above, we must step into “best.”
My mentor Sidz often talks about the Red Ocean vs Blue Ocean. The Red Ocean is crowded, competitive, and draining. The Blue Ocean is abundant, open, and full of possibility. The only way to reach that Blue Ocean is not by copying others, but by becoming our best selves.
🏏 The Kapil Dev Story
There’s a powerful scene in the movie 83. Kapil Dev tells Roger Binny, “You are good. But good is not enough. We need to be the best to win the World Cup.” And he was right. India didn’t win in 1983 with just good players. They won because individuals rose to their best, and together, they created history.
That’s the same principle in life — being good is safe, but being the best is where freedom begins.
🎹 From My Journey
When I started piano, playing Twinkle Twinkle felt like an achievement. But staying there would never have built Music360 or inspired students. I decided not to settle for good. I pursued Trinity and ABRSM exams, pushed myself daily, and committed to mastery. That shift — from good to best — opened opportunities I couldn’t have imagined.
🧠 The Mindset Shift
True growth isn’t about competing with others. It’s about competing with yourself. Ask: Am I better than yesterday? That’s how mastery is built. Great achievers don’t chase others — they chase their own best.
💡 Reflection
Just recently, at Singapore Airport while planning September, it hit me: I’ve been good at sales, but good won’t get me to my 1 Crore Championship. To break through, I must rise above good and give my best — in sales, in music, in life.
So ask yourself: where are you settling for “good”? Work, health, relationships? Don’t stay there. Decide to level up. Good is safe, but best is where freedom begins.
🎧 Outro
So my friends, here’s the truth bomb: Good is not enough.
If this inspired you:
Until next time, stay inspired, stay consistent, and remember: freedom comes when you stop being good… and start being your best.

Episode Title: Becoming the Best Version of Yourself: Lessons from 440 Days of Consistency
🎙️ Opening Hook
Welcome to another episode of Beyond the Notes with Srikanth. Today I want to talk about becoming the best version of yourself — not just as a musician or entrepreneur, but as a human being on this rollercoaster journey called life.
It’s been 440+ days since I left my 20-year IT career to embrace my identity as a musicpreneur. These days have been filled with learning, failures, wins, and above all — consistency. My hope is that my story becomes your mirror and my consistency becomes your inspiration.
The Leap
After 20 years in IT, I was restless. Life was stable but unfulfilled. In 2024, I chose music and gained two priceless freedoms — freedom from time and freedom from place. No approvals, no traffic, no begging for balance. I could design my day, my work, my flow.
Consistency: The Donkey Promise
This journey has been far from easy. Some days sales came in, some days nothing worked. But in 440+ days, I never missed a single day of sales calls — more than 2000 one-to-one conversations. Even on frustrating days, I showed up. That’s the power of consistency.
My mentor once told me: “Do simple things 100 times. Even a donkey can do it.” Success is not about luck or talent — it’s about simple actions repeated daily. My donkey promise was daily sales. That’s why Music360 stands strong today.
Inner Battles
Of course, doubts, ego, and frustration showed up. Sales didn’t close, deadlines slipped, balances went low. But I learned: customers are God, ego destroys relationships, and values matter more than reactions.
Health & Balance
One morning after a rough day, I chose meditation, gratitude, and clean food over rushing into work. It reset me. I realized health is the first pillar. Along with career, relationships, and money, these four form life’s foundation. Ignore one and imbalance comes.
Freedom & Purpose
Today, as I sit in my garden, hearing the birds and rain, I feel abundance. Success is not just bank numbers. Success is peace, freedom, and presence. And beyond personal wins, my bigger purpose is to inspire — to build an army of passionate musicians who spread joy and creativity through Music360.
🎙️ Closing
So here’s my message: Be the donkey. Show up daily. Keep your promises. Build consistency. The best version of yourself is not in the future — it’s within you, waiting to be awakened by your actions.
This is Beyond the Notes with Srikanth. Thank you for listening. More power to you. 🙌

Episode Title: Goals Are the GPS of Life
There are moments in life when we wonder—where am I heading? Am I just moving, or am I moving toward the life I truly desire? Without a GPS, you’ll still reach somewhere… but not where your heart wants to go. Goals are that GPS.
We’re in the last 90 days of 2025. This is where champions are made. How you finish this year decides how you begin 2026. Most people drift into celebrations. But this is the season to lock in, commit, and move with power.
For me, these 90 days are my Donkey Promises—non-negotiable, unshakable commitments I repeat daily. They’re not just goals on paper. They’re promises I refuse to break.
Here’s my GPS:
💰 1 Crore Champion — ₹80K–₹1L weekly sales (~₹12 Lakhs in 90 days).
🎶 Music360 Tribe Growth — onboard 180–200 students, Musicathon 2.0, gamified challenges.
🌟 Srikanth Elevation — ideal fitness, ABRSM Grade 5 prep, 3 piano + 2 singing pieces, and activating Diamond Membership to elevate my MusicPreneur journey.
👉 CTA 1: Pause now. Take your phone. Write your Top 3 Goals. Don’t delay—clarity delayed is destiny denied.
Once you decide, use the 90 Minutes of Integrity Framework:
Execution, not motivation, builds freedom. Execution is what separates dreamers from doers. Every single day you keep your Donkey Promise—you win.
👉 CTA 2: Send me your Top 3 Goals. DM me, comment, email me—whatever works. Declare it. Because declaration creates accountability, and accountability creates freedom.
So my question to you is simple: what are your Top 3 Goals that will guide your GPS for the rest of 2025? Freeze them. Live them. Don’t give up.
Because goals aren’t just dreams—they are the GPS of life. And your Donkey Promises are the fuel that will get you there.

Episode Title: The Journey of Pure Satisfaction
It was Wednesday, 13th August 2025, in Singapore — but the real story began the night before. I slept, but I didn’t rest. My body was still, yet my mind walked restless corridors filled with numbers, targets, and the quiet weight of sales not hitting the mark. After over 400 days of continuous calls, a part of me longed for a magic button where sales would happen without relentless effort. But I knew the truth — results come to those who keep showing up.
That morning, I made a deal with myself: just one sale today. Nothing grand, just one. And I began with a “Donkey Promise” — 30 minutes of pure integrity in my sales work. No distractions. No split focus. In that window, the heaviness eased. Conversations warmed. No sales yet, but momentum was born, and with it, the first flicker of satisfaction.
Late in the morning, I shifted to something that always fuels me — sharing my Music360 students’ wins. Our challenges were inspiring transformations. Video editing was never my strength, so discovering an AI captions tool that could produce professional edits in minutes was magic. I’d gained back two hours a day. More time to create. More time to give. As Sidz says, “Create more than you consume.” That day, I lived it.
In the afternoon, a friend asked to talk. I agreed, expecting five minutes. We ended up speaking for an hour about breathing techniques, and I came away lighter, energized. Sometimes, unplanned conversations become unexpected chapters in The Journey of Pure Satisfaction.
By evening, I was on the road with my kids, dropping them at dance school. Even in the car, I was making calls. At the poolside, my phone buzzed. It was my first-ever Hyderabad customer, asking about piano and guitar classes. She spoke of following our updates, the progress she saw in kids, the brilliance of our gamification. I thought she’d join after her children’s October competition, but she surprised me: “Send me the link now.” Ten minutes later, she’d enrolled in two programs — triple last year’s investment. Trust like that is gold.
At home, the smell of fresh dosa grounded me. Later, I joined the Tag Mango Circle call with Yuvika Gupta. She shared openly — that value isn’t in follower counts, but in the transformation you create. She spoke about the inner child — how as kids, we dream without limits, and as adults, we let logic cage us. Her reminder: combine strategy with childlike belief. She also spoke about self-concept — change how you see yourself, and your world will follow.
That night, I reflected. The sale mattered. But more than that, the trust, the conversations, the learning, the creation — these moments stitched together were The Journey of Pure Satisfaction.
So here’s my invitation: pause and feel the transformations you’re creating. That’s where the true satisfaction lives. And if you want to experience it through music, join us at Music360. DM me the word SATISFACTION, and let’s begin your journey.
I feel pressure.
Pressure to grow, pressure to deliver, pressure to show up as the father, husband, leader, and mentor I’ve committed to becoming.
Not because I’m weak — but because I care.
And that’s exactly why I built systems.
Because motivation is unpredictable. Discipline wavers. But systems?
They protect your mission — especially when emotions fail you.
🎯 My Rhythm is My Power
My day begins with silence.
Journaling. Gratitude. Goal alignment.
Not because it’s trendy — but because it grounds me before the chaos begins.
I’ve blocked my calendar with non-negotiable deep work zones:
🔄 Weekly Flow That Keeps Me Grounded
This rhythm keeps me from drifting.
It’s not just about “doing more” — it’s about doing what matters most with energy, clarity, and conviction.
💡 What You Can Take From This
Feeling pressure is not a flaw. It’s a sign of purpose.
If you're overwhelmed — don’t burn out.
Build your rhythm.
Map your mornings.
Create deep work zones.
Protect your power time.
When you move from scattered action to structured intention — everything shifts.
🎬 Final Word
I’m not perfect.
But I’m consistent.
I’m not chasing everything.
I’m executing what matters.
And that, my friend, is the rhythm of growth.
Build your system.
Protect your power.
Master your art.
One rhythm. One promise. One transformation at a time.

🎙️ Podcast Episode: Beyond The Notes with Srikanth – The Clarity Zone: Where Momentum Begins
One year ago, I hit a wall.
Lost my job. No backup. Just a worn-out laptop, an old piano, and a fire inside that wouldn’t quit.
So I made a choice.
“I’ll build something no one can take away.”
And I did.
Music360 was born. I went all in — 27 students became 100, then 210+. The hustle was real. Survival turned into service. Growth became our rhythm.
But in that rhythm, I lost my own beat.
The piano sat untouched. The guitar went quiet. The learner in me started to fade.
That’s when I created The Clarity Zone.
Not a break. Not a holiday. A space of power.
Every last day of the month — or the first two of the next — I go off. No phone. No noise. Just me and the mission.
It’s not just about planning. It’s about asking the real questions:
📌 What am I building?
📌 What truly moved the needle last month?
📌 What do I need to fix, focus, and finish this time?
In this zone, I reflect. I review. I realign. I rebuild.
Each month is broken into four battle-ready weeks.
Each week has a theme.
Each day has a mission.
And I execute with clarity — not chaos.
The Clarity Zone changed how I lead, how I grow, and how I show up.
Because I didn’t come this far to drift.
I came to design.
To create.
To win.
If you’re listening and building your dream — music, brand, business, impact — this is your call.
Step into your Clarity Zone.
📅 Block a day.
📵 Go offline.
🧠 Think.
📝 Map it.
🎯 Own your next move.
And if you want a tribe that plays, plans, and pushes forward —
come join us at Music360.
🎹 Because music is not just notes.
It’s how we build the life we want.
🎧 Title: 90 Minutes of Magic – The Discipline That Changes Everything
Welcome to Beyond the Notes with Srikanth — where music meets life mastery.
Today’s episode is about a discipline that’s completely transformed my life:
90 Minutes of Magic.
Not a productivity hack. Not a time-blocking gimmick.
It’s a lifestyle. A decision. A power habit.
It started after I lost my 20-year job. I didn’t have a plan — but I had one question:
“What if I gave 90 minutes a day to what matters most?”
That’s it.
Now every day, I live by five 90-minute blocks:
No distractions. No multitasking. Just deep work and purpose.
This rhythm has helped me:
More importantly, I’ve rebuilt my identity — from employee to MusicPreneur, from content consumer to creator, from overwhelmed to unstoppable.
And now, I teach this system to all our students at Music360.
From 6-year-olds playing blindfolded to 60-year-olds starting their first song — the results are magical.

🎙️ The Winning Gold Attitude
Welcome to Beyond the Notes with Srikanth
This isn’t just another episode. It’s a reminder — that dreams don’t come true by chance. They come true by commitment. This one’s not just for musicians — it’s for anyone tired of starting and stopping. Anyone hungry for transformation.
Let’s anchor it in a truth that changed my life:
“I trained 4 years to run 9 seconds. And people give up when they don’t see results in 2 months.” – Usain Bolt
You see, The Winning Gold Attitude isn’t about talent. It’s about discipline, obsession, and repetition.
It’s about showing up when nobody’s clapping.
It’s built on the boring basics — scales, warm-ups, repetition.
🎹 Yesudas Sir still practices basics. Lang Lang still plays scales. Why?
Because greatness respects the fundamentals.
I wasn’t born with this attitude. I built it. I used to delay posting content out of fear — fear that it wouldn’t work. But I learned something:
Fear doesn’t die by waiting. Fear dies by showing up.
Every reel I post, every note I play, every webinar I host is my commitment to The Winning Gold Attitude.
It’s not about motivation.
It’s about routine, repetition, and rhythm — even on the hard days.
💥 Want to compose?
💥 Want to perform?
💥 Want to teach?
Then stop asking “What will they think?” and start asking “What do I owe my dream?”
The top 1% don’t just practice when it’s easy.
They show up daily.
Because they're in a relationship with their dream.
Take a deep breath.
Now answer this:
