Beyond The Obvious

We all make mistakes and we reflect on those mistakes so that

we don’t make the same mistakes again. Generally, self-reflection over time

leads to self-awareness. But unfortunately, not all reflections add to our

mental wellbeing, nor do they add to our performance. In this episode, I distinguish

between the types of framing questions that hinder our performance and those

that help.

and look at how it compares to other recent viruses such as SARS, MERS, and H1N1

and we also talk about the likely economic impacts of the Coronavirus,

particularly in relation to the Chinese economy.
