Jana Danielson is a pelvic floor and feminine vitality educator devoted to helping women reclaim the power that lives at their root. After overcoming years of chronic pain, she discovered that many women are disconnected from their pelvic floor, the very foundation of confidence, pleasure, and life force energy.
As the founder of Bloom Better and creator of the Cooch Ball, the world’s first pelvic floor fitness tool for women, Jana teaches that strength isn’t about gripping, it’s about awareness, breath, and embodied intelligence. Her work blends biomechanics, fascia science, and sensual wellness to help women feel grounded, powerful, and fully alive in their bodies.
Jana’s mission is simple: wake women up one Cooch at a time.

Attunement to authentic female arousal is so needed right now, for the benefit of both women and men. While erotica and p*rn created by women exist, it doesn't always represent the embodiment of what's really possible beyond the patriarchal paradigm. This episode explores trauma recovery, female agency and how audio erotica can be a delightful resource with restorative and educational potential.
Bio
Enhé is the creator of Female Gaze Audios, a free online resource for exploring audio erotica that centers women's pleasure, agency, and emotional experience. Inspired by her own healing journey, she's passionate about the role imagination can play in helping women reconnect with desire and sexuality on their own terms. She is currently completing coursework in sex therapy, writes erotic fiction through the lens of the wild feminine and rooted masculine, and hopes to help shape a future where erotic media becomes not just entertainment, but a pathway to embodiment, curiosity, and sexual well-being.

While today’s guest James is so much more than the title of this episode, he is a living example of what it takes for a man who thought like an incel at school and lived like a patriarchal man in corporate America - to now being a free range human who thinks for himself, and lives by his own rules.
James Mosley II is a sex researcher and educator currently pursuing his Master of Education in Human Sexuality at Widener University. He specializes in cross-cultural relationship frameworks and alternative family structures, with a specific research focus on the matrilineal customs of the Mosuo population.

There's a common misconception that men are simply being asked to "hold space" for women moving through peri-menopause and menopause. But the truth runs deeper: the initiations a woman's body experiences are also initiations for the man beside her — thresholds where he, too, is invited to find himself. Author and teacher of the Diana Richardson's Making Love retreats, Janet McGeever met me on the podcast to explore this. The mutuality at the heart of today's conversation: is what it takes to move from patriarchal sxx to real lovemaking when a woman is in her menopause years.
BIO
Janet McGeever is co-author of ‘Tantric Sxx and Menopause - Practices for Spiritual and Sxxual Renewal’, a practicing psychotherapist since 1999, and TEDx speaker in Noosa, Australia. She is the presenter of the Making Love Retreat for couples, as created by her mentor and co-author, Diana Richardson, in Australia since 2012, and creator of Womantime Retreat, Ancient Wisdom for the Modern Day Woman. She has held particular interest in the effects of menopause on relationships and sxxuality. As a woman in her mid 60's she understands the complexities of navigating intimate relationships through motherhood and grand-motherhood.
