An independent Scotland would leave us all weaker and less secure.

That's the message from Defence Secretary Philip Hammond, as he threw his weight behind the “No Campaign” in the forthcoming referendum on Scottish Independence.

He was speaking at a major Defence Contractor in Glasgow and afterwards spoke to our reporter Tim Cooper.

The Head of the Army says Britain should "seriously consider" lifting its ban on women serving in combat roles. Charlie was a little mischievous on Tuesday for April fools day in Cyprus when she revealed to Jade live on air that she had been pranked earlier on the Breakfast show with a little help from Marie at the Ay Nik Hive.

Charlie asked Marie to tell Jade that McBusted were coming to gig in Cyprus this summer. Jade took the bait during the Hive slot but as the time swept on Jade had still been none the wiser.
