The Charleston shooter Dylann Roof was found with Suboxone, a drug doctors prescribe to help patients break opiate addiction. He did not have a prescription. Dr. Ron and Cherie Santasiero, who have been treating addicted youth for years understand the cycle of Suboxone as a street drug with youth and teens.    The question begs why someone would need or sell Suboxone, a drug that blocks cravings for opiates on the street?
