Reverend Cheryl Kincaid is a Presbyterian Minister who studied Marriage and Family Therapy at Bethel Seminary and has a Master of Divinity from San Francisco Theological Seminary.

Biography
Jeff learned to dive in 1990 in preparation for assisting with a series of underwater filmmaking workshops in the Caribbean. He went on to dive extensively in the warm waters around the Virgin Islands and the [very] cold waters of upstate New York lakes. In 2008, after a long career in the film industry, Jeff co-founded Unified Team Diving, a global Scuba training and certification agency and Scuba equipment manufacturer.

In 2020 Jeff purchased UTD, renamed it UTD Scuba Diving, LLC, and separated the company from UTD Equipment. Jeff now owns and operates UTD Scuba Diving which is solely focused on training and certification.
Jeff has traveled the world as a diver: Egypt, Spain, Italy, France, Mexico, Dubai, the Caribbean, and domestically in all four corners of the U.S. He’s been in the caves in Mexico, Florida, and Europe, is trained on the MX-Series of rebreathers, and is a UTD Instructor Trainer.
Jeff has been coaching, mentoring, and teaching adults all his life. He spent two decades as master faculty at the Maine Media Workshops and the Rockport College and eight years as the owner of One On One Film Training, a mentoring/consulting company training emerging film directors. Jeff is a Certificated Flight Instructor and spent many years teaching and competing in competition aerobatics. At 13, I hit rock bottom in my life due to the harshness of the world around me that led me to the point where life wasn’t worth living and attempted suicide. Do you know what’s keeping me going? Hearing the laughter and cheers of the people when they hear me sharing my life stories with them. Those smiles and happy faces are just the fuel that empowers me to always keep going. I even wrote, produced, and performed my one-man show to inspire more people. Through my show, I lend a helping hand to the people struggling with life and wanting to die, people giving up due to bullying and abuse, and people losing their sexual identity. The world will start following you if you start believing in yourself. From being traumatized by the harsh experiences of life you too can move into a place of empowerment to follow your dreams and start chasing them to the end!
Some of my lifetime achievements include working with award-winning actors/directors and featuring in The Washington Post, Uk’s The Guardian, National Post, and on BBC Radio 1.
Entertainment:
I’m passionate about sharing my experience of running a gambit from working on-screen and behind the scenes. With my theater, film, and TV experience, I can confidently convey my words about how it feels to be a part of these channels.
Travel:
There is a list of foreign countries I have visited, and acquire more skills and knowledge.
Suicide:
We all suffer from some trauma in life that drags us to death, and so did I. But now, I save lives by healing people with my story and telling them how I healed myself.
Bullying/Trauma:
My own life experiences taught me how to withstand bullying and abuse. I recently had a brain injury which added to my harsh experiences and qualified my strengths.
Career Advice/Passion Test:
I pave the way for the people who want to build their careers and inspire to follow their dreams.

Identifying as gay can talk about my own experience coming to terms.
I work to be an unyielding support for people and luckily, I reside in the hearts of the ones who found their way back to life through our encounters.
