2022 is Bianca Smith’s 2nd season as a minor league coach with the Boston Red Sox. Prior to being with the Red Sox she was an Assistant Athletic Director and Assistant Baseball Coach/Hitting Coordinator at Carroll University.

Bianca also coached at Case Western Reserve University (where she earned her dual JD/MBA) and at the University of Dallas. She also worked in Baseball Operations in the front offices of the Texas Rangers, the Cincinnati Reds, and Major League Baseball’s Commissioner’s Office.

Bianca graduated from Dartmouth College in 2012 where she played varsity softball and club baseball.
