Friday Apaliski is a Bay Area native, who graduated from the University of Oregon. After a successful career in advertising she took her expertise to the San Francisco Department of the Environment where she worked for 6 years with the unofficial title of Chief Translator. This experience gave her deep knowledge and empathy for people who want to do right by the environment but just don't know where to start. Three and a half years ago she started her own business as a Sustainability Concierge where she has made it her mission to help others live sustainably, both as a personal guide and an implementation guru.
