This is the inaugural episode, so I take a minute or two to describe why I decided to make the podcast, and explain that each episode will contain one chapter of verse from the Bible. The goal is to share exactly what is in scriptures, and not bend the word to a hidden agenda. I will simply teach the truth! 😎 In this episode we cover an introduction to the Gospel According to John, and Chapter One. John establishes Jesus as the Word, and that the Word was with God at the beginning. That God created everything Through the Word, and the Word gave life to everything that was created. God gives everyone the RIGHT to become children of God, for all that Choose to believe in Him. The Apostle John introduces John the Baptist, who Jesus said was the greatest man ever born of a woman (Matthew 11:11). John the Baptist paves the road for the entry of Jesus, heralds His arrival, and gives witness that Jesus is the chosen one of God. Two of John's Disciples (Andrew -- who is little known, and Simon Peter leave John the Baptist to be Disciples of Jesus. ✝
