I Cor 2:7-16
This time we identify the scriptural evidence for the mystery described by Paul as one so profound, that had it been known to the murderers of Jesus Christ, they would not have crucified the Lord of Glory. Is that hyperbole on Paul’s part? Or is this mystery that big?
We examine the scriptural evidence for what satan knew, that Christ would die and be raised, and redeem Israel, and rule the earth, and witness to the gentiles. And what satan did not know, that Israel would be blinded, and that by the cross God would make Jew and gentile into one new man, a new creature, and that Jesus would be given all authority over the principalities and powers in heavenly places, and that He would rule there too, by the church!
We establish that Paul indeed used hyperbole, that Google and A.I. should know, but don’t know when that is, and all the verses that back up the idea that the Body of Christ is being prepared for a heavenly destiny, taking the place of the fallen angels in the eternal Kingdom of God.
