I thought bidding wars were supposed to be over? I guess not.
We just listed a starter home in Leslieville, an urban community just outside downtown Toronto, expecting a normal negotiation. Instead, we ended up with a frenzy that drove the price to 120% of asking.
We priced it at fair market value. So why did the buyers go crazy?
