Hi folks. I have a huge announcement, something I’ve been working on behind the scenes for a little while, and dreaming of my whole life is coming to fruition. Sleep & Sorcery is going to be a BOOK!

Sleep & Sorcery: A Collection of Enchanting Bedtime Stories, Rituals & Spells for Meaningful Rest compiles many of your favorite stories, and adds an element of practice. Each story is paired with an exercise, recipe, or ritual to encourage sleep, wellbeing, and reflection. The book is being published by Crossed Crow Books, and is due for release in spring 2024. This is a dream come true for me, and I can’t wait to share it with you. None of this would be possible without the incredible devotion and support of the Sleep & Sorcery community.
