This episode is for those Black women who have grown up without their fathers. Looking for love in all the wrong places, because they weren't taught how to love the men in their lives'. Also we're speaking about the hurt that comes from not having both parents there.

This episode I wanted to take a closer look into relationships that should have never began in the first place. These are ones formed out of fear. Also the ones we start in because deep down we don't believe we deserve any better than what we have in them.

Have you ever been with someone you thought was your other half; but it turns out they were playing you. Making you believe yall were more than you were. Having you go above and beyond because you're thinking you all love each other and are on the same page. Then something happens that smacks you right back to reality. Maybe them saying, "You know what this is! What you getting upset for?!" This is after he/she asks you to do something only a girlfriend or boyfriend would because they love you that much. And in relationships we make sacrifices.

We are all taught working for someone else is the way to go. When there is so much more to accomplish.

Realizing you are capable of doing way more than what most people limit you to. Also learning to take the time to pour into yourself, rather than pouring into a job or career that doesn't pour back into you.

Learning to take control over your life. Knowing and believing what ever you decide is the right decision for you. Even if it does not work out. It's right because you decided it was the move you wanted to make at the time.
