Gary Goltz Sensei is a past president of the Nanka Judo Yudanshakai (Southern California's Judo Black Belt Federation) as well as the United States Judo Association (USJA) where he also served as Chair of their Promotion Board, and was inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2003.
