Death is something every one of us will eventually face, yet most of us spend very little time talking about it.

In this episode, Dustin reflects on his own relationship with death and the experiences that have shaped the way he sees it. Recently, Dustin lost his grandmother, bringing those thoughts closer to home and prompting him to consider grief, loss, and what it means when someone we love is no longer physically here.

He also shares the lasting impact of witnessing the Challenger explosion as a child—an event that, for him, became an early and defining encounter with the reality of death.

This isn't an episode about having answers. It's a conversation about how we process loss, why people experience grief differently, and how our relationship with death can shape the way we live.
