This episode kicks off a series of meads I'll be both making and aging of the course of a few years. I've written recipes for 8 meads inspired by the Universal Monsters and Universal Monster movies.

To kick off this project, I'm starting with the face of the Universal Monster gang - Frankenstein's Monster with an English breakfast tea mead inspired by a famous "behind the scenes" photograph.
