In this episode I try to re-create my most successful beer ever! It’s an American Pale Ale and it was first brewed for a festival with no intention of competing. Some time down the line when I needed an additional entry for a competition, it suddenly became a competition beer and everything changed. What was once a beer just brewed for fun now has an amazing amount of pressure on it each time it’s brewed. Will this batch continue this beers unexpected legacy?
