This episode's beer features a single hop varietal throughout the brewing process, and it is dry hop.

This hop is one of four choices. Matt will describe the four options and explain his perception of the beer as best he can so you can guess "What's The Hop?"

This is all in preparation for the Orlando Science Center Craft Beer Festival, "Science on Tap," which will take place on Saturday, January 25th. We will be presenting a scratch-off card game based on this beer.
