Nick gives his thoughts on the Blue Jackets making a GM change, Nick believes this move was long over due, the guys ask Nick about the Jacob Markstrom trade rumors, and if the Leafs and Flames could be trade partners. Nick tells us what he thinks the value for Chris Tanev is, Nick explains how well respected he is around the league and many teams will be interested in him. Nick also speaks on what a possible return package Noah Hanifin could fetch the Flames, a lot of teams will be targeting him at the deadline as well.

Pitchers and Catchers reporting to spring training, we talk to Jeff about what we should expect from Alek Manoah this year for the Blue Jays. Blair explains that if Manoah is close to the Cy Young caliber pitcher he was a couple years ago that will strengthen the Jays pitching staff. The guys discuss if the relationship between Manoah and the Jays has soured after last season, if other teams maybe explored possibly trading for him, and all the other narratives around the Blue Jays offseason with Jeff!

Later, Luke gives his thoughts on the incredible surge of Connor McDavid as he had 6 assists last night and is setting his sights on the scoring title.
