I had so much fun doing the Skechers Hot Chocolate Run 5K, that I Signed up to do my first 10K in May!

I won't sugarcoat it, we are facing some scary situations right now. So if you're afraid due to current conditions, this message is for you.

It has been a long, 18 year journey, and this week I finally overcome my goal of running in a 5K!

Let's be honest, running the Skechers Hot Chocolate Run isn't really that big of a deal to most people. So why is it such a big deal to me?

I messed up already in preparing for my first 5K event, the Skechers Hot Chocolate Run on November 2, 2025 in Chicago

It was 2007 when I first decided I wanted to participate in a 5K race or run, and after a ton of life issues that kept derailing me, I finally signed up for one. I will be participating in the Sketchers Hot Chocolate Run in Chicago on November 29, 2025!

So, this troll was out to troll me for no reason, and ended up accidentally giving both my wife and I two of the best compliments he could have given us.
