Can we clear up some church-based misogyny that has been handed down to us from previous generations? We have misconstrued passages of scripture like I Corinthians 11:3 to claim that men are the BOSSES of their family instead of accurately understanding what men's a real role and function is as THE HEAD of the woman.
Sometimes we were have places on our bodies, in our lives, and I. our communities that are so naturally gross and disgusting that we avoid them altogether. But, those areas of our lives also need care and attention.
There has been a multi-generation attack on men being chivalrous from all sides. Now, it's time for men to return to bring chivalrous. Not because women are weak or incapable, but because they are precious.
At some point we all encounter the grief that comes from the loss of life if a loved-one. In this podcast I want to share with you what I shared with my wife as we were working through the sudden and unexpected loss of her brother.
it is 2026 and men are still getting in relationships with women by pretending to be supportive, only to bail on them when times get rough and that support is really needed. I welcome my wife onto the show this week to discuss the ramifications of this behavior on women
My advice for couples is that we MUST travel together in the best interest of the relationship. In this podcast I explain why I take this stance and offer a little advice on couples traveling together.
Almost daily I hear from a man, or men who are complaining about women not submitting and letting men lead. Many modern men claim that they want to lead, but they miss so many opportunities that their significant others present to them early on in the relationship that determine, for the woman, the man's willingness and/or ability to lead her. This leads to what men call a lack of "submission" or "non-submissive" women. Let's talk about this and clear things up.
I've always taken a strong, dogmatic stance on men always paying when we take women out on dates. But, following my last podcast episode, I have changed my opinion on the matter.
With all the discussions about what men and women should do on dates, who should pay, and what the expected outcomes of a date should be, I think we've missed the real point. Why do People go on dates in the first place? Let's discuss the actual purpose of dating and come to an agreement on that, and maybe things like men paying when a man and women go out, and what a woman should expect to "put out" in response will begin to make more sense.
Let's talk about dark... or chocolate skin, my love of my wife's skin tone, the ways in which cultural authorities taught us to hate it, and more.
