This is a real find. It is a beautifully written, warm, moving and satisfying book. All of the characters are richly drawn. I engaged with all of the main characters and and completely believed all of the minor ones. The story totally absorbed me. It is compelling to the last word. As always Aoife McManon's narration was excellent. I don't usually just gush in a book review, but for me this book is faultless. I look forward to more by this author.

This is a wonderful book that builds a thriller over many chapters. The narration is wonderful. There is a beauty about this book in the way it deals with some very sensitive relationship issues extremely well. ( No spoilers) Just get it. A brilliant story.

good but...

Don't believe the description of this book. Heroine has started adoption of her deceased half sisters child, ten months old. Has had child for 6 months, baby calls her mama, suddenly "daddy" escapes from a POW camp in Asia, off record, he was an army ranger. Only knew sister for a week right before he went off, came home found her letters, started making calls, and suddenly he the better option?? They don't get married until the last chapter, there is TOO much angst, too much whine. How could he possibly be the better option? Also, how much emotional trauma are you going to inflict on the baby? Also, no epilogue, ending kinda stunk.

A quality book

I'm not one for Harlequin Romance novels, but I have to recommend this one. It's not the typical weak writing that we usually see in these novels and the plot is enjoyable as well. If you even remotely like this type of novel then I would suggest that you will love this one. Go for it, for a couple of bucks you won't regret it!

Nice Read

This was a good book, but as the other 3-star reviewer noted there was a lot of angst and way too much whining. It could have easily been a 4.5-5 star book if the heroine had not appeared not-so-bright in the way she handled things and her whining just got so old that it was irritating.

Sara Darling is in the process of adopting her baby niece after the mother was killed in an auto accident. She has fallen in love with this bundle of joy and is desperate when she is notified that the father is actually alive.

Jake Martin, the baby's biological father, who has been presumed dead after a capture while on a mission, returns from a POW camp. He finds out he is a father and has petitioned to get his daughter.

This read is good enough to recommend, but if you become aggravated with heroines who whine a lot, don't see reason, and act out in not so smart ways, you may want to skip it. As for me, I was quite frustrated most of the way through.

Good read

Marriage for Her Baby by Raye Morgan is a good read. Ms Morgan has delivered a well written book. Sara and Jake's story is loaded with drama and great characters. I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more from Raye Morgan in the future. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

I purchased a copy of this book at a library sale.

Good Romance Novel

Marriage For Her Baby is a good read. This was interesting because it kept the focus on the baby. The hero and heroine made a family first, their main priority. After some ups and downs they figure out how to make their combined lives work.

I really enjoyed reading this. It took awhile in the beginning to get to the good parts of the book, but once it got to Sunshine showing up at the Sinclair Plantation, I was hooked! Looking forward to listening to book two!

A Ray of Sunshine!!!!

What made the experience of listening to Sunshine in the South, Volume 1 the most enjoyable?

Besides a beautiful story, the narration was perfect. Having read the ebook version previously, I thought Grant Pennington was a great choice to read the book. He was the perfect southern gentleman and I enjoyed the story even more listening to it.

Have you listened to any of Grant Penningtons other performances before? How does this one compare?

I never listened to Grant before, but I will now. He was a great storyteller.

Beau is looking for a bride in order to keep his family home. A grand plantation he refuses to give to his greedy cousin. He must marry to do so, as stated in his father's will, and places an ad for a mail order bride. The woman who answered the ad doesn't show up on time, but fate has other ideas.

Sunshine is a teacher on her way to have a relaxing summer vacation when her truck suddenly breaks down. She finds herself stranded and on Beau's doorstep.

Many events take place and both their lives are changed forever.I loved the storyline. It was fast paced and had everything you expect in a good romance book. I listened to this book in one sitting. I couldn't put it down. I needed to see what happened next.

Of course as one of the authors I'm definitely going to rate this at a 5 . This is the first time I've listened to our audible book and I have to admit that I find it hard to believe that I'm one of the author's. I impressed myself!

Grant Pennington has been amazing to work with. I love the way he narrated this book.

Fun listening, good narrator

I didn't want to like this so much but it was a really enjoyable listen. The narrator Romy Nordlinger was so good at creating characters and mood that I forgot that the plot was kind of silly. I found myself listening to it in two sittings and was lost. I really liked the characters!

Sweet, sexy, romantic...

This is such a delicious read! I finished the book in one reading, and although it is a short one, the story is engrossing from the first scene.

Skyler joins L&A law firm and meets Sullivan Forest, a mysterious hot guy and from their first meeting, a kind of sexual tension develops between the two. Later in the evening, while Skyler is enjoying drink with her friend, she again sees Sullivan, who tries to hit on her. Skyler, although attracted to Sullivan, doesnât want more than just a sexual hook up. Same is the case with Sullivan (Li). As it turns out, Sky starts to develop confused feelings for Li, though she keeps convincing her heart that it is a bad idea.

Skyler, the main character,is hot, smart and sexy but sweet and simple at the same time. She had a couple of bad relations in past and doesnât gets along well with her parents. So she moves out to have an independent life.

The characters are rich and stylish, and as a reader, I âm already looking forward to where this BAD ROMANCE, leads Skyler. This short story solidly lays foundation of an addictive series.

Oh! And the love making scenes are so hot and tasty, that you might not care for the plot.

'Bad Romance' also has scenes of erotic love, but the author wrote it very well

This is the second erotic romance novel I've read. The first, which I found awful, was 'Fifty Shades'.

herself nor did she use expressions that didn't make sense (rolled her eyes). There is nothing here to annoy the reader.

Although 'Bad Romance is very short, the reader felt that the fleeting affair had some closure. I'd like to

read more by Stefany Rattles.

Sullivan and Skyler agree to have only a physical connection, but their intricate feelings soon take over.

As a prequel it's excellent. I can't wait to read the novel.

Hot n good

I received this book from reading deals in exchange for my honest review but ii also own it it was a good book li is not wanting a relationship which at the end of this part comes back n bites him on the butt n sky is wanting him to be honest n finds out what he wants if he is still in love with his old flame or not the sex is hot

Nice short read, seemed to be written from the perspective of a young adult.

Very few typos, and plenty of characters to build off of.

What would have made Wrong or Write 2 better?

A different narrator. More debth to each character.

Would you recommend Wrong or Write 2 to your friends? Why or why not?

I think if it was rewritten and incorporated into Book 1 I would tell them to give a listen. Also if the narrator was changed.

Book two picks up where the first novella left off! Right in the middle of the sexy heat, OMG will Kim go through with it or not?? I again listened to the audiobook version and loved it for the most part. The only part of this novella I didn't like was when the author used the word cu*t to explain Kim's sex. I am okay with pretty much any term except that, as I find it to be a derogatory term, turning a sexy erotica to something nasty. Other than that this novella is sexy/hot. Dominick, le sigh. I really started to fall for Dominick more in book two. I also feel Kim starts to realize things are a lot different from how she remembers Dominick when she was twelve. She is a naive college student but then again I think a lot of us are when in our late teens, early twenties. Kim hasn't had many boy encounters before hand. In this novella we learn more about Dominick and his feelings. We also hear more about the novels he has written. It is a very quick paced story.

The narrator, Aundrea Mitchell does another fantastic job in book two. I really enjoy listening to Aundrea narrator stories. I find some narrators had to concentrate with and Aundrea is the opposite. I can easily put on the audiobook and commute to work or take a walk with the dogs.

I give this book a 3.5 stars out of 5. I look forward to reading more from Sky and listening to more audiobooks narrated by Aundrea. I received a copy of the audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

Not quite write 1 & 2...

Fair storyline, not sure there's enough of a plot for two books. Narrator seemed rushed.

Surprising

I wasn't expecting the surprising turn of events in this book. The leading lady was just dumped by her fiancé and decided to still go on the honey moon trip with her best friend's brother who volunteered to go with her. Then one dinner meeting turns this book into a surprising adventure. This is a very good love story.

Fast paced and hot...

I've never written a book by this author.. The book starts off fast and keeps going. I liked the story and wished it was longer. I hope Carrie Kelly writes more books along this genre. Some of her other books are too out there for me.. This is a quick fun read. If you need a book for an airplane ride or are looking for something fun this is it.. Enjoy..
