In his first weeks of office, President Biden signed a slew of executive actions aimed at reversing policies Donald Trump had enacted. In addition to pledging to rejoin the Paris climate accord, the Biden administration has also made moves to reduce the country’s dependency on the oil industry. Bill McKibben, an environmentalist and founder of 350.org, joined Errol to talk about the fight against climate change, the push to move towards renewable energy and whether there’s any hope for the next generation.
