The Billy Gilmore Podcast is back at it talking about Sandman's new comedy special, Adam Sandler: Love You, the followup to 2018's 100% Fresh. Do yourself a favor and watch this new Netflix special before this podcast then listen up as we break down this new, hilarious comedy special.

We're back with a special episode before we move into a new series featuring the work of Kevin James. In this new episode, we look back at the Happy Madison Production of Strange Wilderness, featuring a stacked cast including Steve Zahn, Allen Covert, Justin Long, Jonah Hill, Kevin Heffernan, Ashley Scott, Ernest Borgnine, Joe Don Baker, Peter Dante, and many more. Fred Wolf writes and directs this 2008 feature telling the story of a nature show that seeks to find a Sasquatch to save their failing TV show. Join us as we chat about this lost comedy with friend of the podcast, Bryan Connolly.

Welcome to the Billy Gilmore Podcast - we're back with a new Adam Sandler/Netflix film, SPACEMAN. This time, we're stepping away from the typical Adam Sandler comedy and instead focusing on a slower, more calculated drama featuring Sandler as a cosmonaut in space, removed from his wife on earth (played by Carey Mulligan). The Sandman/Spaceman finds a relationship onboard the ship with an unexpected friend: a human-sized spider played by Paul Dano. Join us as we venture into the world created by director Johan Renck and Adam Sandler in SPACEMAN.

The Billy Gilmore Podcast reaches the final conclusion of our David Spade mini-series with THE WRONG MISSY, a 2020 Netflix comedy starring Spade, the wonderfully cast Lauren Lapkus, Nick Swardson, Jackie Sandler, and more. This rom-com is set apart by the pairing of these two and Lapkus' wildly zany role that we think should have gotten more attention in 2020. Join us for our Valentine's Day-timed episode of THE WRONG MISSY.

Adam Sandler teams up once again with Robert Smigel for his newest Netflix joint, LEO, the story of a classroom pet lizard who discovers he only has one year left to live. Join us as we discuss LEO and where it fits in the world of Happy Madison animated films.

We have another new Happy Madison flick in the universe! This time is a teen comedy starring Adam Sandler's daughter, Sunny Sandler, as a jewish teenager on the verge of having her bat mitzvah and finding out her place with friends and boyfriends, while also dealing with her parents and siblings, played by Adam Sandler, Idina Menzel, and Sadie Sandler. The Billy Gilmore team discusses this new feature and how relatable the film is, how unique it is, and how it exists in the Happy Madison universe. Join us for the discussion!

We're back after a summer-long hiatus - thanks for sticking around with us! On this episode, we're continuing our coverage of the Happy Madison films starring David Spade with FATHER OF THE YEAR (2018). This Netflix release stars Spade, Nat Faxon, Jackie Sandler, among others, in the story of two dads who are set to fight. Or are they? Listen to our episode on this film then watch the film yourself - or watch the film and then listen to the podcast - either way, join us as we discuss this 2018 under-the-radar comedy, FATHER OF THE YEAR.
