This week Mountain Murders will be discussing Billy Mansfield Jr, a serial killer and rapist, who murdered at least five women and girls in the late 1970s and early 1980s. When he arrested for the murder of a California woman named Rene Saling, a tip lead investigators in Florida to unearth more bodies buried on his family's 5 acre compound. A true examination of nature vs. nurture, Billy's father was also a terrible criminal convicted of numerous child sex crimes. How much of Billy's behavior was patterned after his father? Was he just born bad?
