After 20 years we know everybody has already said just about everything that can be said about this movie. And that certainly isn’t going to stop us from fangirling all over it some more. (I mean, that never stopped us before, right? Does anything stop us from fangirling all over the place? Don’t answer that.)

Listen in as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of The Blair Witch Project and go over all the tidbits we turned up in our research (“research” meaning the director’s commentary and the imdb trivia) about the ultimate (as far as we’re concerned) shaky-cam movie.

And because we never can stay on topic for very long, we also touch on: the first episode of Stranger Things season 3, the first three episodes of Jessica Jones season 2, The Great British Bake-Off, The Crown, The Wicked and the Divine, Motor Girl, and Starscream in gym shorts.

So Good Omens hit Amazon Prime, and even though Neil Gaiman is probably our favorite author ever, you know it’s going to take us a while to watch all the episodes. KIDDING! We already finished. It’s GOOD OMENS, we’ve been waiting for this show for decades, of course we watched it. 

Massive spoiler warnings ahoy, as we talk about David Tennant yelling at plants, the amazing CGI on the wings, the Easter eggs, the flirting, the soundtrack and everything else about Good Omens.

On this week’s Night Vale recap we talk about lost loves who start to reconnect, about fate and destiny and having to go to every living creature in the universe one by one by yourself in order to save existence and exactly how long that might take and OKAY THAT’S ENOUGH OF THAT WE’RE HIDING UNDER THE BED AGAIN.

After that we fangirl about Good Omens and how we’d happily watch David Tennant read the phone book if he’s also mugging for the camera in his demon contact lenses, and then we touch on the new Terminator: Dark Fate trailer, before finishing up with Snowpiercer because it only took Elizabeth five years to watch that one.
