  • BingeCast: TV Round Up-Breaking Bad Commentary S3 Ep 10
Welcome back to Binge Media's special series of Breaking Bad commentaries. As Moreno was off getting some fancy award, likely a lamp that looks like a taco, Luke is joined by Jack to discuss arguably the most controversial episode of the franchise, Season 3, Episode 10, "Fly." This particular episode has split fans down the middle for years but at least for this once, Norris and Valley are actually on the same side of things as they walk you through one of the toughest episodes in TV history to do an commentary for. But hey, you voted for it and wanted it included so here it is.

    Enjoy.

  • BingeCast: Sulley, Blair Witch, Atlanta, David Brent, Chipdrunks, and more
Once in a while a show just gets away from us. People from England are calling in, Moreno blacks out, drunk chipmunks are running rampant around the studio, there's live Google Voice call ins, and we get messages from the future, in Australia.

Somewhere between all that nonsense we try to do some reviews of SULLEY, BLAIR WITCH, BROTHER NATURE, LO AND BEHOLD: REVERIES OF THE CONNECTED WORLD, DAVID BRENT: LIFE ON THE ROAD, Atlanta, One Of Us, Narcos, Orange is the New Black, and lots more. All that during the first Chip Drunk themed episode. Every sounder has received the Chip Drunk treatment as well as seven brand new Chip Drunk segments.

As I said, it's all out of control and too much to handle. And there's 4-and-a-half hours of it.

Drink discussion. Peterson got to see Blair Witch pretty early and gives his thoughts on that as well as David Brent: Life on the Road. Ammon shows up. Goddamnit.

    2:39:27-Fourth Chip Drunk Segment

    2:55:45-MOVIE HOMEWORK: Westworld

3:23:08-WHAT DID YOU WATCH? Valley kicks things off with Lo and Behold: Reveries of the Connected World. There's a 4 hour long convo about Grizzly Man. Jesus Christ. Moving on, Valley revisited Goodfellas, Playing for the Mob, Apocalypse Now, and checked out The Act of Killing. He also revisited Inside Out. Law pisses all over Brother Nature. Ammon gave Blood Father a watch and and also viewed Weiner (you read that right). He also watched Casper for the first fucking time. • Binge Movie Aftertaste: The Godfather Retrospective w/ Johnny Moreno and Jack Valley
Fall is here. So you know what that means. Lots and lots of pumpkin ale to avoid. Also, the Binge Movie Aftertaste opens a whole new flood of retrospectives. To kick things off, I decided to go for the jugular for a series of shows which began as an off hand comment. On a recent Bingecast, that Patriots loving bastard Jack Valley had mentioned he had just watched The Godfather Part II. In the same sentence -face it, Valley does nothing in the same sentence- Jack said that The Godfather Trilogy would make for an interesting retrospective. Well faster than you could say Taco Tuesday, Moreno text me saying he would be completely down to do the retrospective shows with us.

So, here is where we stand. On the first show, we watch and dissect director Francis Ford Coppola's 1972 look at the mafia entitled The Godfather. It is a movie that many film-goers and critics alike call the greatest film of all time. But will all three of us agree? The answer is stitched somewhere between talk of many memorable moments from the film, laughter at my lack of Godfather knowledge, and even an impromptu cooking segment with Jack and Moreno. To find out what we think -as we know, certain people of this site have called certain loved films shined up dog turds- just download the show. If you don't do so, expect a horse head in your bed when you wake up in the morning.

    The Godfather (?/10, ?/10, ?/10)

  • BingeCast: Surviving the Apocalypse
Thanks to everyone for supporting us via Patreon!  It's CSers like you that make special shows like this possible.

Since we hit a milestone, we put up a poll here and on Facebook with a list of topics that we wanted you guys to vote on. The topic with the most votes would then become a subject of a show entirely on its own.

We threw in what we thought would be some kick ass topics that would make a good show, but one topic in particular took the prize.

You need to survive the apocalypse.  And you need a team.  Choosing from movies and TV characters (human only), who would you pick as your team?

What follows on this podcast is one of the most fun, violent, filthy, and yell-y discussions we've had.  And it was all due to you guys donating on Patreon and voting on the topics.  We fucking love you guys.

More shows like this in the future will be had on the BingeCast, so stay tuned for that.  Below are our teams that got us so goddamn heated that we called each other cocksucker, yelled loudly, and threatened to fuck one character in their empty eye socket.

What would your team look like?

    Law's Team:

    John Rambo - First Blood
    John Conner - Terminator Series
Snake Plissken - Escape From New York
    Batman - Where else?
    Ellen Ripley - Alien

    Moreno's Team:

    Sarah Connor - Terminator 2
    Beatrix Kiddo - Kill Bill
Barry Pepper (forgot his name) Saving Private Ryan
Arya Stark - Game of Thrones
    Morpheus - The Matrix

    Ammon's Team:

    Dutch - Predator
    Mac - MacGyver
    Mad Max - Beyond Thunderdome
    Big Titties - Barb Wire
    Caaaaaarl - The Walking Dead

  • BingeCast: Zoom, Wiener Dog, Ballers, The Night Of, Google Voice, and more
Where the hell is Moreno? Late and ready to give us some drunk-Mexicans-at-the-bar stories that he's been holding back with.

Ammon and Law start Google Voice in the meantime and lose their collective minds while trying to figure out what exactly goes in a 4 On Tom Collins.

Patreon delivers some more questions for us to answer.

Movie Homework is THE LONG KISS GOODNIGHT.

TV Round-Up is The Night Of, Ballers, and Vice Principals.

What Did You Watch has THE DEPARTED, BLOOD FATHER, JUNGLE BOOK, ZOOM, and WIENER DOG.

Apparently that's enough to get three dudes shit-faced. Because we are.

Book of the week is Invincible. Robert Kirkman is wrapping up one of the best series of the decade and we are sad to see it go. if you haven't read it get on it. you can thank us later.

  • Binge SportsCast: BFFL Season 2 Draft & Kind Of A Commentary Of Draft Day
Yeah, yeah, yeah...I know that the Binge Sports Movie Commentary series is supposed to continue this week with Remember the Titans, but if you've listened recently then you'd know that in lieu of that, we've decided to try and better last year's debacle of broadcasting the draft of the first season of the Binge Fantasy Football League. Lesson learned.

With that being said, we tried again and went bigger and yet smaller this time around. Gone are our guests from last year (they certainly did nothing wrong) and I've painfully invited the Binge Bowl champ, Jack Valley, to join me as we make our picks for the upcoming year while simultaneously watching and attempting to do a commentary of Draft Day, which I'll openly admit does get lost in the shuffle a bit here. But no worries, I still make some dynamite Tom Welling calls so you can tune in just for that. So sit back (or stand depending on your stance on Colin Kaepernick) as the show opens with the national anthem and goes from there. Enjoy.

The Binge Sports Movie Commentary series rolls on in two weeks with Necessary Roughness. BAKULA!!!

  • BingeCast: The Google Voice Show
As mentioned on this week's BingeCast, Law and I play catch up with Google Voice.  Due to working, camping, getting drunk and passing out, we haven't played any Google Voicemails in like 3 weeks, so Law and I sit down and hammer away at them.  We have calls from fuuuuuckin' Floyd, PJ the Intern, Nathaniel John Junior Peterson from the British Isles, and some other drunk assholes.  It's fun.  Listen.
