  • BingeCast: TV Round Up – SOA Commentary S7 Ep13
It’s all over, people.  The last 7 seasons have been filled with ups and downs, but through it all, we found ourselves entertained and at times, forgiving for the show’s faults.  It’s safe to say that while we didn’t completely love how the show ended, we are satisfied with it.  In this episode we talk about fucking ghosts, Vic Mackie, and laughing at Connor the Irishman in his last attempt to upturn his shitty Irish luck.
Mucho thanks to everyone who has listened to these commentaries over the last couple years and enjoyed our shit talking over this show.  Law and I are forever thankful for that shit.

Even then, after that barrage of awesome, we head into What Did You Watch with reviews of TUSK, THE GUEST, INTERSTELLAR, CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER, SOUTH PARK: BIGGER, LONGER, AND UNCUT, KILL BILL: VOL II, BANKSY DOES NEW YORK, and NIGHTCRAWLER.

  • Binge Movie Aftertaste w/ Teddy Gyi
Just in time for its name change, Binge’s Movie Aftertaste Podcast turns in an episode that is all at once informative, interesting, and drunkenly stupid.
Things start off well enough as Moreno, Garrett, and Jason welcome Northern California music video/film director Teddy Gyi to the show. They cover everything from how directing his own music videos prepared Teddy for the challenges that come with feature films to how he went about directing his first feature film Refuge, with Binge’s own Garrett Collins serving as producer. We then talk about how showing underdog film directing legend John G Avildsen (Rocky, The Karate Kid) the film gave Teddy the push and confidence needed to finish the over two year production.
Jason does his own bit of promotion, as we bring up Story of Eva, the film he is finishing now. After explaining its intriguing concept –and Garrett forgets the context of the word ‘topical’- Jason shares some fascinating behind the scenes stories involving established, busy actor Eric Roberts. The very soon to be shooting Through The Night sizzle reel is also discussed, and Jason reveals that doing Through The Night has given him a strange fascination with Newcastle Wolf Ale.
From there, the show moves at a deteriorating drunken pace, as somehow topics such as the Terminator: Genisys trailer, sweat stains, and porn all come up at one point or another, sometimes more than once. The show is capped off with Teddy’s idea for King of Hollywood, of which, if any listeners could decipher, would be greatly appreciated.
Story of Eva will be released on January 13th, and stay tuned for when you can see Refuge. For now, please check out its trailer below and Like the film’s Facebook page for updates.

  • BingeCast: TV Round Up – SOA Commentary S7 Ep12
It is bittersweet to know that we only have one episode left in SOA and by extension, one more commentary.  Law and I cheer ourselves up by wondering why they cast an old English lady as Gemma’s dad, why Unser’s nipples are so hard, and how hot Wendy looks in Mom jeans.  No, we don’t have mother issues.  With only one episode left and a lot of possibilities on the table, how will it all end?

  • The Angry Drunk Movie Dads Show: Christmas
Ammon and Law are back with another look into what it takes to raise their children properly in today’s pop culture landscape. Moreno is back too and has another riculous introduction story that will get you in the festive mood before we all get drunk and yell at shit.
On the show you’ll hear the boys exchange movie homework presents, discuss the effect the STAR WARS and JURASSIC WORLD trailers had on their kids, and pick what else is on the schedule for the end of the year. Ammon also has a great story about his son actually falling out of his chair he was laughing so hard at DUMB AND DUMBER, last month’s movie homework.
There’s all this and tons more frustrated fatherhood fun inside so just press play and stop reading about it already.

  • BingeCast: Serial, Fury, Homeland, Brian and The Boz
Another Binge Cast brings another new game to the table. This week Ammon plays Who Am I with Law and Moreno as he describes the day of a random movie character while the boys try to guess who it is.
As for the rest of the show, Moreno describes his birthday festivities (think booze) before we give our thoughts on the amazing Serial podcast that has swept the nation. TV Round-Up has talk of Homeland and The Walking Dead and the Google Voice game pops up before we review FURY, BRIAN AND THE BOZ, and half of BEAUTIFUL GIRL. There’s also tons of re-visits, and a spur of the moment Trailer Round-Up where we discuss JURASSIC WORLD and STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS.
Stay tuned this week for the penultimate Sons of Anarchy commentary and the second episode of Drunk Angry Movie Dads where Law and Ammon tackle Christmas with their kids.

  • BingeCast: Banksy, SoA, Atari, Stephen King, Utopia, and more
This is one of those magical weeks where the boys start out in good spirits, drunk and full of laughter, and by the end – hate each other passionately. You can blame that on another ridiculous game of Stupid Comments where Law reads message board thread titles form IMDB and Ammon and Moreno try to guess what movie he’s talking about while yelling profanities at him and telling him why he’s playing his own game wrong.
Other than that, Literally Literary is back in style with reviews of Amy Poehler’s Yes Please, Stephen King’s Revival, and The World of Ice and Fire which just gets us mad at Jar Jar Martin for not writing the other book that the entire planet is waiting for.
Google Voice gets owned by Ammon before TV Round-Up digs deep into the likes of Sons of Anarchy, The Walking Dead, Utopia, Homeland, The Affair, and some other shit I can’t remember.
What Did You Watch features reviews of WHITEY: UNITED STATES OF AMERICA V. JAMES J. BULGER, ATARI : GAME OVER, BANKSY DOES NEW YORK, JOHN WICK, A WALK AMONG THE TOMBSTONES, and the new Joe Rogan stand-up special.
Eric Roberts has done 60 movies in 2014. What have you done?

  • Binge Movie Aftertaste w/Jason Morris
Garrett Collins kicks off his Binge Media podcasting career with this inaugural show featuring film producer Jason Morris and a special appearance by Johnny Moreno.
Garrett and Moreno get things off to a rocky start as the first twenty minutes or so is spent talking about everything from what’s better, icy Chicago or snowy Buffalo, to Moreno explaining the King of Hollywood bit and having Garrett play. Thank goodness Jason finally calls in, as he maneuvers the train that is the show back onto the rails.
We then go into what this show is really going to be about, as Moreno asks Jason about his experiences working in the film business and how he got to know Lance Henriksen, as well as how he and Garrett started working together. Everything from their new project Through The Night to Morris’s current release Betrayal is discussed, as is how Jason and Garrett pitch their ideas to would-be investors. And of course, why it sucks to have streaming as opposed to DVD (no special features of course).
The film business is indeed a business, and the idea behind this show is to discuss the under belly of what that business consists of. If you are curious as to how a film is made, then this show is for you. Whether it is called The Director’s Chair or The Jason Morris and Paul Blart Show, be sure to tune in every couple weeks to hear what is on their minds. And in their beer glasses.
Check out the trailer to the project Jason has out right now:
    And coming soon:
Finally, here is where you can purchase the book that their upcoming werewolf movie Through The Night is based on:

  • BingeCast: TV Round Up – SOA Commentary S7 Ep11
Behold the best episode of the season so far.  Truth bombs be droppin’, Juice be cryin’, yellow be dyin, and Unser be sheddin’……some skin.  We’re loving how this episode unfolded, but it definitely left us with a few more questions, while other questions were answered.  Listen and enjoy.

  • BingeCast: Big Hero 6, St. Vincent, Miss Meadows, The Affair, Utopia, and more
As Moreno has a fiesta (or is it a siesta? And why are those words so similar?) Law invites Ammon and Jack to discuss all that entertains them. After some failed attempts at the Google Voice game the boys get into TV Round-Up and the benefits of watching things such as Sons of Anarchy, The Walking Dead, The Affair, Utopia and others.
Then it’s time for a new game as the boys get to play Stupid Comments, a game born from the forum titles on IMDB.com. Law reads ridiculous comments, Ammon and Jack try to guess what movie he’s talking about first. People get mad. Rules are fuzzy. Law is drunk.
What Did You Watch has news of BIG HERO 6, ST. VINCENT, MISS MEADOWS and lots of other revisits and catch-ups.
