When thinking about the vision we wanted for our podcast I immediately knew a key person I wanted to invite as a guest was Miranda Klassen. An AFE victim, turned survivor, turned advocate. After she and her son, Van, survived, Miranda headed to the library to research this condition. She found little to no research which ignited a light in her to found the Amniotic Fluid Embolism Foundation.
