Have you ever heard the saying, “What you appreciate, appreciates?” Meaning that when you value something that value grows. Today's glimmer practice will lead you towards building a habit of appreciation and gratitude for all that you have and all that you do. This practice helps to lead you towards the “okay-ness” of the moment and to grow a connection towards noticing the richness of your life.
