Dr. Drea is a consulting psychologist, behavioral health advisor, and coach who specializes in organizational development, mental health education, and workplace wellness.
She is a fellow with the Institute of Coaching at McLean, an affiliate of the Harvard School of Medicine, and served as the Director of Resilience at UCLA. Dr. Drea’s work about the positive impacts of entertainment media on mental health has been featured in the Atlantic, the Guardian, the Los Angeles Times, and on Disney+. She has partnered with Warner Bros., Fandom, DNEG, and other media companies to amplify and improve health consciousness, disseminate wellness practices, and center authentic identities as a part of healing. Her mental health podcast, The Arkham Sessions, celebrates and explores how pop culture can help us cope, recover, and thrive.
