The whole idea of Gap vs Gain is really gaining traction lately. But I'm not sure I agree with it. In fact, I think it might just be a symptom that you haven't broken your goals down far enough. Let's explore that idea together.

Accountability...it's always a hot topic and the first person we need to be accountable to, is ourself. Without being honest with ourselves, trying to be accountable to someone else will never work in the long term.

Your real power comes when you make a decision. Even if you have to make that same decision again and again in the face of obstacles. Make the decision today!

Your "why" will give you all the push you need to overcome the inevitable obstacles coming your way. IF you really drill down and connect emotionally with WHY you want to accomplish whatever you have chosen.

You must decide how YOU define the word success. Don't let the world decide when you are a success. YOU decide when you are a success.

We have to BE different to be DIFFERENT.
