The Blue Ocean Strategy is a competitive strategy framework based on the book by the same name, written by W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne, originally published in 2004 and later revised in 2015. In 2017, W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne published a sequel to the book titled “Blue Ocean Shift“.
