There I was, a Club owner Not a Business owner trying to quit the day job .

The thing is, at the time I didn't want to sell out... I thought if I charged a lot I wasn't going to be a true martial artist.

The big problem was that I had heard so many people talk about Mc Dojos and everyone saying that they didn't have a successful school, if the school was big, nice or made a lot of money...  they were sellouts.

That meant I had to learn to value myself and my knowledge in order for me to start to charge my worth.

It was hard to look at the people I thought knew what they were doing and know in my own mind they were wrong.
