Jeremy Piven is fired up on stand-up comedy and he tells me all about it in this new podcast episode! See him THIS weekend in Toronto headlining at Yuk Yuk’s (Thursday June 21st to Saturday June 23rd). He shares his love of Toronto and talks about how he feels it’s a cousin to his hometown of Chicago (Blackhawks fan), we talk about some of his past movie roles (I think ‘The Goods’ is totally underrated!) and 90’s TV credits (including Seinfeld) plus how could we not briefly touch on current border tensions between the US and Canada.

I invited my co-worker Aron Marion on the podcast. He's new to radio and trying to make his mark on a shrinking business; has the window already closed on new personalities trying to break into the radio business? We discuss long distance love and moving around to move up and the current trend of discovering new talent via YouTube and Snapchat vs traditional broadcasters. Aron concludes by sharing an outrageous story about a Snapchat exchange with a dude he knew years ago.

Band Of Rascals are back in Toronto from the left coast and playing The Horseshoe Tavern tomorrow night (Thursday, Feb 8th 2018) and in this podcast episode they perform three songs from their catalogue and quickly get into 'who farts the most in the van while on tour'. The lads admit that they spend too much time in camping in Walmart parking lots and showering in gym's. Sample acoustic versions of their songs "Giv'Her To The River" "Reaction" and "Fell Into The Love Of You" in this episode and stream their new EP 'Tempest' in all the usual places!

I had the chance to reunite with pals in One Bad Son after their soundcheck at The Phoenix in Toronto. How have they not sued other 'sons' bands? especially with a lawyer for a drummer? Kurt explains. We chat about the tour thus far and upcoming holiday plans. What would you pick number 1 overall in a Christmas dinner draft? The band weighs in and spoiler alert: pretty much everybody chose booze as their number one for the holidays. Shane reveals his dirty secret.. he doesn't like hockey, he's a baseball guy. Hicks? still has a huge donger. Welcome new bass player Steve! The band continues their tour in Kingston this Friday (Nov 24th) at the Merchant Tap House and their new album "Made In The Name Of Rock N Roll" is out now!

Jasper and I first met maybe five years ago in a garage in Hamilton. It's not as sketchy as it sounds. He updates me on what he's been up to since and the evolution of his band 'In My Coma' which is celebrating the release of their new record tomorrow (Oct 26th) at the Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto. He performs two songs from the new release live in the Green Room. We immediately bond over our love of the band Oasis and Jasper even admits he wants to name any potential son 'Liam' after vocalist Liam Gallagher. Bromance brewing? possibly.
