I had an unexpected surprise this weekend when I attended the presentation of Jon Meacham and David Kennerly at the Center for Creative Photography. David Kennerlly and Jon Meacham were on stage to discuss the recent acquisition of Kennerlly's archives. These archives will now be at the creative center for photography at the University of Arizona in Tucson; Arizona. I would suggest that everyone that can if you're within 100 miles please come and see this fabulous exhibit.

In this podcast I will discuss two books that will help the black-and-white photographer not only become inspired but also improve their visualization in black-and-white photography. This podcast is a bio sketch of the contemporary photographer Sally Mann. I have included some photos for your reference on my YouTube channel. In 2001 Sally Mann received the photographer of the year award from Time magazine. I believe you'll enjoy looking at her photographs.
