Alright Bougie Babes and Bros!  We made it through another presidential election.  This one has probably been the most important and perhaps will rival for the most historical election of our lifetimes; and though it has been a heavy week, we get on the mic to give our thoughts on the results, our mindset moving forward, and hopefully provide some levity and encouragement along the way.  This week's convo (which was recorded on the night following election day) is just about as candid and real as it can get.  Enjoy~

What's Good Bougie Babes and Bougie Bro's!  Thank you for your patience, and sorry to keep you waiting!  So we know we're late with this one but we had a lot going on last week with our latest homecoming celebration!  Before those festivities though, we got together to discuss the anticipation of celebrations as an adult.  As a child, Christmas was like the penultimate of holidays, and we would prepare and dream about it all year leading up to it; so this episode's discussion focuses on what things give us that same excitement and anticipation as adults.  Of course we have to talk about GHOE (Greatest Homecoming On Earth, and also the reason no episode was published last week). What’s popping Bougie Babes!?! It’s a special week and episode! Our very own Rich Uncle recently celebrated his birthday, so in his honor, we got on the mic to talk about how he felt about bidding goodbye to another year of life and welcoming a new one.  We delved into what we all hope for and are looking forward to in the future; And B honored his father and talked about some challenges he experienced when he passed this past year. Bougie Babeez!  It has indeed been a week to say the least.  One thing that none of us could miss was the back-and-forth blasting that has been going on between popular rap star Cardi B, and her estranged and soon-to-be divorced husband, Offset (from rap group Migos).  We all know Cardi from Love & Hip Hop fame, which she only appeared on for a few seasons and quickly used the notoriety to glow up her music career; but it seems like with the posts she and Offset have made, she is back to reality show antics.  We break down our thoughts on the public exchange on the innanets, and talk about some of our own former situationships that ended because of infidelity.  When a relationship goes south, do you tend to want to vent to the internet, or do you respect the person and keep your gripes to yourself?  Stay tuned, sit back and follow us down this road; it is truly intriguing.
