Artist Jerry Lynn joins the Studio Noize fam to talk about his amazing work. We talk about Jerry’s beautiful southern nostalgia paintings filled with southern images like churches, baptism, and fields of cotton. We talk about the other influences of his work as his love for his children and reverence for Black historical figures. Jerry talks about painting light and gesture in his work, how he and his twin brother Terry got into their first gallery, and what he did to adjust to the new world after the pandemic. Jerry has a ton of experience as a working artist and we get to know him on this episode.
