President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris made a campaign stop in Philadelphia today to launch a new Black voter outreach effort called "Black Voters for Biden-Harris."  We'll show you some of what happened at the rally and discuss how the outreach will impact the polls in November. 

Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito will not recuse himself from two cases related to the insurrection after reports that flags displayed outside his houses appeared to support the "Stop the Steal" movement.
