Angela ‘SunToucher’ Patterson is a passionate writer and poet who enjoys expressing her thoughts, moods and life experiences. Due to the compelling voice she releases through her pen, her poetry exposes a wealth of creativity, imagery and optimism on topics of love, relationships and self-reflection. Collectively, she has a gift of expressing her life and making it relatable to her audience. 

 

David R. Motte ‘Mr. Metaphoria’ is the co-founder of both Psy-lent Screams Poetry and the poetic group The Headhunters. As a Poet, Spoken-word artist, and Ghostwriter, he is also a member of the Poetic WOLFHOURS Movement. Lastly, Mr. Metaphoria is the author of both "10 Rounds Of Passion" & "Late Night Eruptions".

Harold, an eclectic and voracious reader, began his venture in the world of the written word as a child of 2 years.  Scraps of paper, candy wrappers, dictionary's right through the entire encyclopedia Britannica. Yet Harold was driven to books of the sciences. Physics, Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, he met them all with great wonder and fascination. He delved into each discipline as if his very life depended upon understanding its depth.

It was not until the words of The Hon. Elijah Muhammad that the essence and understanding of the sciences began to have true purpose and meaning. He said, "all there is to know is written in a book, read".

Harold began his collegiate pursuit at Hampton Institute; he then forayed to Fairleigh Dickenson University. At FDU the practice of the Social Sciences, public activism, and public speaking became a trusted part of mental fabric.

Harold is the husband to Celestine Muhammad, and the father of 10 extraordinary children, and 8 grandchildren. Harold has the benefit of having the most exceptional and wondrous teachers to whom he owes all that he has learned, will learn and knows to this very day, The Most  Hon. Elijah Muhammad, the Hon. Min. Louis Farrakhan, his Father Alfred Eatman, and his Grandfather  the Late Captain, Harold D. Hook.

The “Disaster Awareness for Community Preparedness” Program is dedicated to discussing the previously mentioned and other pertinent topics regarding proper planning before disaster strikes. The objective of the presentation is to identify problems, offer mitigating solutions to hazards, and share specific information essential to minimizing loss of life and maximizing faster rescue or recovery in affected regions or communities. There will be subject matter experts as guests in our future shows that will assist our listening audience with the latest knowledge, skills and ability to prepare for risk reduction and hopefully ensure our family’s safety.

There are at least two things certain about any natural or man-made disaster; it does not racially discriminate and it impacts all areas of people activity, i.e., economics, education, labor, law, politics, etc. Please join us and feel free to call-in at 323-927-2913. Let’s engage in thought provoking topics and courageous conversations of “Disaster Awareness for Community Preparedness”. 

Rudolph T. Muhammad is a retired EMT/Instructor from FDNY/EMS and former Commanding Officer of the Bedford Stuyvesant Amubulance Corps. 

Joseph B. Muhanmad is a retired Lt. from the White Plains Fire Department. He is also a former President of The International Association of Black Professional Firefighters.

The wolfhour concept basically presents a way for everyone to tell their story. Everyone no matter what background or lifestyle, profession or trade, religious or non-religious ..everybody has a story to tell.
