This week's episode is all about break-ups. From the many stories that have circulated about why the Sugababes have broken up to the savage war of words between Evanescence, July 20003 is a big week for bitchy pop stars.

Everything is about to change in 00s pop culture next week when Beyoncé releases Crazy in Love. But until then we're stuck with a UK top 40 singles chart that includes Blazin' Squad, flop girlband Tommi and Jay-Z's terrible Panjabi MC remix. On the plus side, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs are FINALLY bringing some good indie music to the charts - even if the Top of the Pops director has to upskirt Karen O in the process.
