Come ladies, it’s not everyday you meet a gentlemen, who speaks with such manners and handle you with care. There’s not enough Real Men out there that stands out. These FBoys are everywhere and using bad manners to try to get a Real Woman’s attention. So much disrespect when it comes to approach and speaking to a Real Woman. It’s time we as Queen say “no” to the disrespect.

Season 4 is here! On to new and better. Out with the old in with the new. If it doesn’t benefit me. I will no longer worry my pretty little head. Update about my 29th birthday and what happened leading up to my birthday and what happened afterwards

Sorry not sorry. But this next chapter is very personal for me. If the situation/friendship/relationship don’t benefit me; I can no longer entertain it. This chapter and any after is focusing on me. The past is the past. Old situations do not and will not hinder me or cause a negative affect on my life. This is my season! Claim it!

A sudden urge or need to cry hit me. I’ve been told several times that I need to cry, scream and let go. Today was the day I gave in. I embraced the feeling. You may think I gave in to a depressed thought or moment. But I really gave in to a fresh start. In order to do that, I had to release and let go. Truly long overdue.

Understanding the ups and downs that come with this journey through life. No I’m not where I WANT to be but I am where I NEED to be. And I thank God I’m nowhere near where I USED to be. With progress there comes obstacles of all sorts but keep your eyes on the prize. I’m also learning not to be so hard on myself. Celebrate the small milestones. I’m still on my way.

Learning to accept the what IS and not focus on what WAS. It hurts to let go of people and things that once brought you a sense of joy. But like the weather it changes and something are meant to stay out and some to fly away. Never lose yourself in trying to please those in the world.

A recap of my 3day of darkness spiritual retreat. Understanding my shadow self and the shadow work I had to do. Faced some hidden fears, addressed some suppressed pain and learned to let go out what “WAS”and accepted what “IS”. I’ve been awoken from the dark and into the light.
