The party gets on the road with two bugalüs as excited as they are to be back at the Inn. Therrin attends to her friends while they rest or enter trances, in the latter case Arden and Sam impose themselves into the Dragon's Tear acquiring information from Meunice and Mr. Moonsea on the nature of the Global Administrator and the location of the Locus.

The battle rages and in an act of desperation Arden and Zaus take a gamble that could leave the party positively petrified or cease Mr. Moonsea's malevolent machinations. When the fighting dies down Meunice welcomes the losing side into their new life as a citizen of the Dragon's Tear (they were quite pleased it was Mr. Moonsea) and the party debates bringing back the eldritch horror of a minion statue they acquire post combat... maybe a gift for Ma and Pa's Inn Hot Springs and Stables?

As the battle continues the boney stones pop open fostering dangerous foes from giant flaming salamanders to murderous otherworldly toads recycled from emerging biomass; though the party ultimately triumphs, with each victory additional inky biomass digs itself into the quarry floor.

To repair the Dragon's Tear and stop the forces at work bringing the collapse of the world the party must go to the Locus all the while in hot pursuit by Mr. Moonsea. With the assistance of the now helpful Meunice whom has been reduced to a spectral image bound to the Dragon's Tear now in Arden's possession further coaxed by Therrin's Project Porcello and their bitterness to ensure that both the Gobal Administrator and Mr. Moonsea taste success in the wake of their own defeat. Utilizing circle magic the party moves like falling stars through the sky across the sea to Atlas to evade Mr. Moonsea's dogged approach trying to buy themselves time to recuperate before that fateful encounter.

Initiating "Project Porcello" Therrin catches Meunice off guard and assists with getting the defeated Admin's assistance for the group's goal to take the Dragon's Tear to the Locus. The party divides up Meunice's former possessions, Arden inspects Meunice's spellbook for explosive traps and powerful new spells, and Sam submits to becoming a conduit of the Dragon's Tear expanding their mind seeding it with the memories of thousands of Tear inhabitants barely maintaining their personhood throughout the process. Discovering Mr. Moonsea is on their way to take their half of the Administrator access granting spear from them, the party sets to flee the spire for a safer hideout while they recover with the blended Meunice/Okuma pocket rock in tow.
