COCKTAIL – Classic Manhattan
· 2 oz Whiskey
· ¾ oz Sweet Vermouth
· 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
· Cherry
· Stir liquid ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry.

Episode 6! We’re HALFWAY through season one! Thanks for tagging along for this adventure.
- COCKTAIL -
Sazerac
1 cube sugar (1 tsp)
1.5 oz Whiskey #6
¼ oz Absinthe
3 dashes bitters
Lemon peel
Pack old fashioned glass with ice. In mixing glass place sugar cube and add bitters and crush. Add Whiskey to mixing glass and stir.
Empty ice from first glass & pour in Absinthe to coat the glass and then discard the remaining absinthe.
Pour contents of mixing glass into old fashioned glass.
Slice lemon peel. Twist to express oils over top of drink and rim the glass with the lemon. Drop it in the drink

3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
