  • MUDDY WATERS
Join me your host Dakari Lenear (Mr.D) at 8:30 PM CST tonight on the "Muddy Waters" show live by dialing (347) 855-8118.
“Men seldom if ever rise to great place from small beginnings without using fraud or force, unless, indeed, they be given, or take by inheritance the place to which some other has already come. Force, however, will never suffice by itself to effect this end, while fraud often will…”

  • The Branden Johnson Show: Gumbo Mix
Why does it seem so many young people are dying from violence? This week we dedicate the show to all the families of victims of violence. In Longview there have been 11 homicides in 2015. The ones unsolved are those of black people. The community has had enough, but the lack of trust amongst the people and police has stifled the arrest process. This issues is not exclusive to Longview, Tx. All over the country there have been problems with solving crimes in particular sections of the community. We will discuss all the aspects of this problem and kick it off as always with black history. Since it is Sickle Cell Awareness Month, we have a little something about that too for you.

  • Family Time with Mike Dee & Darrel Gardner Horsemanship Show
Family Time with Mike Dee-The President of the Lone Star High Steppers
Tonight we will have a Special Guest. Cynthia McGee-Davies CEO of Dmomita's Kitchen, LLC Cookbook author and Founder of B4B Making Business Connections Work.
    8:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Darrell Gardner's Horsemanship was founded upon four principles:
    Showing Your Horse Love
By expressing love to your horse it helps to build a good relationship and strong bond. This will lead to a better response from your horse.
    Gaining Respect
If you don't have respect on the ground, you won't have it on the saddle. Respect is an essential part of horsemanship and it begins with good ground manners
    Teaching Obedience
Obedience comes with consistent training. This teaches your horse what you expect and how to quickly respond to the cues given.
Loyalty between the horse and trainer
It all begins with gaining trust. Your initial approach is extremely important. It takes patience and time to get your horse to gain faith in you.
