One thing that I've learned in life is that I don't have all the answers. I often communicate with intelligent individuals, but they don't always have the answers either. Google can be a great resource, but it doesn't answer everything either. What I have learned is that the answers are made available to us if we just listen. Whether its an elder, a pesky street guy, your mother, a deceased relative, a child, or your higher power; any one of them could resolve your inquiry with a simple listen.

This episode we focus on hearing the voice of answers in our lives. I want to show you how I listen to life as it teaches me more with every breath. Sometimes the message for us is bold and conspicuous. Other times its quiet or a near whisper. Either way we get to choose whether or not we listen to it.

I hope and pray that I hear the voice the first time before the door of opportunity closes. A strong ear is more important than a loud voice. Besides, who wants to go through life being so stubborn that we don't get through things because we get in our own way.

As always we can be heard on Blog Talk Radio under Blog Talk USA or FB Live @GumboTalk.

This week has been challenging for me. I watched as a brother was being killed on Facebook live by Police officers. Not one police step to aid him as citizens recorded the scene. In fear of their life there was nothing the bystanders could have done. Somehow in America we are not allowed to do the right thing anymore with fearing for our life.

Simple things like walking down the street have become a problem. You can't tell your side of the story without offending someone else.

I truly fear for my life every time I see someone pulled over by the Police. I ask the question?  Are they alive tonight? Enough is Enough!!! This has to change. So Baron and Simp if they listen to us tonight. I really want them to hear something.

Marvelous Monday with Dr. Shirley McKellar and Bishop L.J. Guillory is always the way to start the week!  In the post President Obama future we will have to make some important decisions about how we can best and most effectively work together to influence and guide the direction of our country in a way that makes the lives of American people and families better.  It is our civic responsibility to stay informed on the issues, pay close attention to the actions and decisions of our elected officials, and educate ourselves and others about the importance of VOTING in every election!  Let's work together toward these shared goals on Marvelous Monday!

I believe now more than any other time in my life positive vibes are necessary for optimum survival and sustainability. If you haven't noticed how much negativity is around you even if you aren't attentive, you probably are subject to its influences.

On this episode we speak on ways to channel the right vibes into our world so we can resonate with the frequencies in the universe that will propel our existence into strong legacies.

Every now and then it requires tests to see if you're really on your game. We should be striving for an 100% success rate.

Join me either on Blog Talk USA through Blog Talk Radio or FB Live @gumbotalk for the conversation. I look forward to sharing my personal tips and techniques with you good people.

I will be speaking on coronavirus being another major issue black people must take seriously.

Too many of us are dying from major issues, yet we dont take most of them seriously, thus is another one we must place at the forefront.

My recent battle with coronavirus has helped me to mature. The reality is most people hear stories through the media or other lesser reliable sources. I want to share my story and the illumination of how treatment and recovery works. The meaning behind terminology is misused. The people are mislead. The world is misguided. Come join me live on FB @gumbotalk this Thursday at 8 p.m. cst for an in depth look into my personal experience. My head is heavy, but my neck was built to hold up Corona and consciousness.

"Our hypothesis is that COVID-19 begins as a respiratory virus and kills as a cardiovascular virus," Dr. Mandeep Mehra at Harvard Medical School tells the Post.  "The virus doesn't disappear. There is no miracle. The cases mount, the death toll grows, more than 33 million Americans lose their jobs to the pandemic. Unemployment reaches Great Depression–era levels. Donald Trump doesn't understand. We have an economic crisis because we have a public health crisis. And we have a public health crisis because he refused to act. Donald Trump didn't build a great economy. His failure to lead destroyed one." After a military valet who served Trump food and Vice President Mike Pence's press secretary both tested positive for COVID-19 last week, all West Wing staff was ordered to wear masks starting Monday, and "additional new procedures include daily testing for the majority of West Wing staff," Politico's Nancy Cook reports. "White House aides are deeply aware the president's message urging states to reopen their economies does not mesh with the optics of the virus spreading throughout the West Wing."
