We tell ourselves that what we truly want makes us a bad person, so we settle for less. We tell ourselves that what we want will make others upset or unhappy, so we don’t go for it in fear of abandonment or fear of abandoning our loves ones. we tell ourselves what we want isn’t worth it unless everybody else thinks it's worth it too.

we are worthy of paving our own way, whether other people think that’s a good idea or not.

your job is to follow your own intuition, not other people's opinions

In today's episode I want to speak about why it is important we combine both compassion and honesty to support and facilitate the growth of both ourselves and others. I'll also be talking about why it can be so hard for us to consider both values when it really comes down to it, and how we can make the process easier for ourselves

so forewarning this first episode might be a little out there for you or maybe even a little corny, but I feel like what I’m sharing in this first episode is really going to help me set the tone for everything I’m going to share in this podcast. The meaning behind this episode is hopefully going to showcase my ultimate end goal whenever or wherever, which is joy. Whether that is joy for myself or joy for others.

believing you are worthy, means believing you are deserving of good things, believing you are deserving of good period, regardless of past experiences or circumstances

have faith in your impulses. trust where they are taking you, because then you can trust where the Universe is taking you :)

you deserve to be loved for who you are, and your loneliness may just be leading you to a path that allows you to be a truer version of yourself.
