Black people are usually associated with basketball and football... and track. There are many other sports, such as swimming, that many blacks are phenomenal at, but the stigma off blacks don’t swim don’t allow us to shine a light on the amazing black swimmers. Mountain and rock climbing, canoeing, martial arts and other sports including Olympic sports are not as associated with black culture or people as it should be. Quindell and Malcolm plays a few rounds of Pick-Up Poet Tree Educational Playing Card Game. My biggest problem is being pessimistic and complaining. Eye am talking specifically with how eye treat myself. Eye can assume the worst in the name of being a realist. In Summer 2017, eye began writing affirmations every single day once eye awake and sharing them with friends through text messages. This habit became an everyday thing where eye create and use positive affirmations. It became a book entitled #themouthbook The Mouth Book Messages of Uplift to Heal which is a self healing guide filled with affirmations and questions with a bunch of space to write in the book. Since then, eye have literally began speaking creativity into existence and am currently working on multiple projects that eye once remembered speaking about.
