  • Why You Should Develop A Daily Writing/Journaling Habit
This week I wanted to take a break from interviews and talk to you about something I've been doing for 20 years. This simple habit has helped to shape my self-awareness and growth more than anything else in my life.
In this episode, I talk about why I keep a journal and how you can start or restart the habit in your life. If you resist the idea, give me a chance to help you see what it can do for you.
Some of the greatest minds of past and present use this powerful reflective exercise to review their day, release their creativity, or just to vent. My challenge to you is to try this habit for 14 days and evaluate how it's impacted your heart and mind. I think you'll be surprised by the changes you observe.
