Blurry Creatures

Tim Alberino is back to take us on a fascinating journey into the blurry history of Peru. Tim lived in Peru for more than a decade and in his travels, he went to remote villages and met native people that had remarkable encounters with legendary creatures. Deep in the mountains, the locals told him stories of a strange race of cloaked-white-haired Nordic-looking men that live under the Andes. Some of the native people told stories of these men coming and going on strange metallic craft and appearing many times in villages in the remotest parts of the Andes mountains. Local priests told Tim of giants and strange red-eyed entities that acted as the gatekeepers for arranging meetings with these mysterious "Viracochas". Local legends of these sightings go all the way back to the earliest post-flood civilizations that allegedly received help from these entities in rebuilding after a great cataclysm. This is a topic that Tim has never spoken on publicly and his first episode on the Viracochas of Peru.

Ghost stories often revolve around spirits who are stuck in some sort of supernatural trauma loop. This week we bring on two listeners who encountered the White Lady Ghost. The Woman in White is often said to be a victim of love gone wrong or somehow tragically lost. But are these women human spirts or some sort of demonic manifestation? We include parts of our last interview with Dr. Michael Heiser who went into detail on the subject for a special members only episode. Why do so many people see the White Lady? Have you seen her?

What is it like to have an up close and personal encounter with Sasquatch? Mancow Muller joins the show to talk about his own experience with the Momo Monster of Missouri. Mancow is 30-year radio and television personality and yet not until this interview has he ever shared his personal encounter story publicly. On Blurry Creatures, he tells his story for the FIRST TIME. The vast majority of Sasquatch encounters are brief and often leave the witness with more questions than answers. As a young man, Mancow not only saw the elusive creature but spent a long time observing it. What exactly did Mancow see? Tune in now to hear his story.

Dr. Joel Muddamalle makes his Blurry Creatures debut and we delve into Territorial Spirits and their ancient connections to the biblical and historical narrative. This was the topic of his dissertation and Ph.D., one he earned under Dr. Patrick Schreiner and the legendary Dr. Michael Heiser. Joel currently serves as the Director of Theology and Research for Proverbs 31 Ministries and Lysa TerKeurst and is passionate about teaching the brilliant truths in Scripture. What are territorial spirits? How do these relate to the Teraphim in Genesis and how do they connect to the sons of god? What is the connection between these entities and the divine council? How is this related to cosmic and geographical warfare, both ancient and modern day? Join us for a fascinating conversation about all things blurry that very much falls into the realm of the unseen.

Like any military campaign, those who fought in Afghanistan grew to understand just how weird things can get in this part of the world. The locals tell tales of giants, jinns, and other creepers of the night. But what is it like to grow up in this region of the world? We speak with a native Afghani on this week's members-only episode who knew from a young age that the ancient grave sites near his hometown were not of mere mortals. Afghanistan is rife with tales of giants. The most famous giant encounter in Afghanistan occurred in 2002 and is the now infamous Kandahar Giant. In the account, a red-haired giant emerged from a cave when encountered by a detachment of U.S. Special Forces. Become a member to learn more about what it's like to grow up in one of the blurriest parts of the world.

Like a sniper behind enemy lines, this week's guest Carl Teichrib does not view his position in the world as a spiritual spectator. Carl is the author of the Game of Gods, a comprehensive investigation into the changing nature of Western civilization and the revolutionary replacement of the existing Judeo-Christian framework with a new, and yet ancient paradigm. In this wide-ranging discussion, Carl addresses issues surrounding trans-humanism and touches on forgotten themes in Genesis. The original rebellion that began in the Garden of Eden is still alive and well. Carl provides insider intel from his own research and experiences in attending new age and pagan events like Burning Man, Pagan Con, and other global economic and spiritual events. What is happening behind the scenes and how is that driving the direction and trajectory of humanity and civilization?

Do gnomes roam the countryside? These creatures have been sighted, written about, and documented since the 16th century but most believe them nothing more than fairy tales. These little people are described as small humanoids who live underground and are said to be mischievous and elusive. We have an eyewitness--Lindsay, who joins Blurry Creatures to share her experience with gnomes. What did she see late one night while driving from New York City to Rochester? This is a real geographical place and Derek unpacks its location and significance. Where did Jesus get baptized? What does this valley symbolize? Who built the monuments to the dead that fill the valley? Once again we go full speed into the historical and spiritual aspects of death, the Abyss, and all things blurry with the incomparable Derek Gilbert.

This week we honor a legend and true renaissance man. We were sad to hear of the passing of Joe Taylor last week and as a tribute, are releasing the last episode we recorded him. In this previously Members-Only episode, Joe recounts some of the most strange and bizarre Mothman encounters that he had collected from his region of Texas. Joe was an artist, paleontologist, and true friend to many in the Blurryverse. Join us as we remember Joe and his legacy, as he shares the firsthand accounts he chronicled over the years of operating the Mt. Blanco Fossil Museum. We and countless others in this space will miss you, Joe. Thank you for always pushing the truth forward and helping so many put the puzzle pieces together.
